The Chief of Party position is for the anticipated Afghanistan Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Activity (AMELA) program. AMELA will contribute to ensuring that USAID’s development programs in Afghanistan achieve their intended results through strong performance management provision, in an efficient and cost-effective manner, with a focus on evaluation technical support services, monitoring technical support services, learning and adaptive management services, and program support services. The individual will bear overall responsibility for the technical, operational, and administrative aspects of the contract performance, including design and advice on methods, providing central oversight, and maintaining acceptable standards of quality for tasks assigned.
